Our Proper Kickback menu has been inspired by our parents and grandparents. The recipes we use have been handed down to us and we treat each and every dish with the respect they taught us. We love to cook and it shows in our dishes.

Thomas' Smoked ribs

Thomas' Smoked Ribs have a 3-4 day process before they ever touch your plate. We marinate our ribs in juices and rubbed down in spices.

Our custom brine puts flavor in our chicken all the way to the bone. We let our chicken soak in our custom brine overnight before they ever touch the grill.

This is a premium version of our dirty rice. It contains crab meat, sausage, bacon, onions, bell peppers, and shrimp.

Ox Tails

Rubbed down in thyme, rosemary, green onions, and other ingredients. Then we seared them and place them in the slow cooker where they soak in all the juices and herbs and become tender beefy cotton candy.
